Excellent fit and finish. We bought two of these Under Armour football pants for our son and it lasted all pre-season/practice, and games. I especially like the upper hip padding and thigh impact padding. My son wore these over the Under Armour Gameday shorts (with hard pads) and we felt that he had proper thigh/hip protection. However, the waist belt is a little bit weak as it only grabs a few inches of fabric material in the front to keep it on the waist, so if you have a heafty kid or inbetween sizes, just note that the belt adjustment is short. Easy to clean, and I used machine wash cold, and line dry. Your mileage may vary depending on turf or grass field use. Note: we also have a pair of Champro football pants and these are WAYYYY better in every aspect: fit/finish/feel.
